VIA Water is a Dutch programme that aims to identify innovative solutions for water problems facing cities in seven African countries (Benin, Ghana, Kenya, Mali, Mozambique, Rwanda, South-Sudan). VIA Water connects researchers with entrepreneurs, NGO's and policy makers. It is a programme with the courage to do things differently. It wants to tap into bright ideas of young people and seeks other sectors to join in. It wants to create an inspiring and active learning Community and offers financial possibilities to help realise smart ideas. There is a VIA Water Fund available to help support your innovative ideas.

VIA Water is hosted by UNESCO-IHE, and funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Programme Office is located in Delft, while the VIA Water fund is managed by Aqua for All, located in The Hague.
